It’s that wonderful time of year where Runner’s World Magazine puts on their famous holiday running streak. Get ready for a ton of running shoe photos if you follow me on Instagram (and if you’re not, um you should start now @brookenebel).
It’s incredibly simple. You run at least one mile a day starting Thanksgiving through New Years Day. That’s just 35 days of running. And you can incorporate it into a current training plan, which is what I’m doing. If you’re worried about extra holiday pounds creeping on you like an ugly sweater party then this would be a great way to keep them away! Decline the pounds 🙂
