Don’t Become A Stuffed Turkey, Workout!

Thanksgiving is 2 days away?! Like what, thats cray-cray!

A lot of people have days off this week, and that gives us a lot of time to spend with family and friends…and food. With all this food being passed around, don’t forget to workout. I mean, come on you’ll be in ingesting more than a 1,000 calories with each meal it seems.

 Some super quick ways to squeeze in a great workout is go for a walk, jog, or run. Do circuit training or yoga. And bring your family along with you! What a great way to introduce your love with the ones you love. Besides, it’ll be a nice way to get some endorphins going during this crazy-stressful holiday.

Also, take a DVD with you and pop it in and do that 20 minute workout…and don’t say you don’t have time! You can also watch a ton of videos on YouTube. Was watching that 30 minute show with tons of commercials really worth those 1,000 extra calories just sitting in your body? Hell no! Make use of your time! There are 24 hours in a day, you can spend 1% of your day doing something beneficial to your health.

Trust me, you’ll be so glad you did some sort of exercise during this week. And FYI, you can run for a good cause. Don’t believe me? Check you CharityMiles on your iPhone in the App store. Run, walk, jog, bike, swim, play basketball with your family, do Jillian Michaels or P90X, just get out and do something!
